Phone Line for Ordering Free COVID-19 Tests Launched

From Alert Hamilton County (1/21/2022) –The federal government has launched a phone line to help people order free COVID-19 tests. If you have had difficulty ordering the tests online through COVIDTests.gov or need additional support to place an order, please call 1-800-232-0233 or TTY 1-888-720-7489 to request up to four free tests per household.

The phone line will offer services in English, Spanish and 150 other languages. Orders can be placed from 8 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week.

No-cost PCR testing is still available for those who live and work in Hamilton County. For locations and times, visit www.testandprotectcincy.com
