Community Hall is located in the Golf Manor Municipal Building at 6450 Wiehe Road. The Hall is primarily used for conducting Village business, however residents may rent the hall for a discounted fee on selected dates when available. Capacity of the Hall is 150 persons.
In summary, the fee for the Hall is $50.00 per hour with a minimum 2-hour reservation. Each additional hour is an additional $50.00.
The rental fee must be paid in advance to reserve a date. In addition, a $200 deposit is required and will be returned after your event provided the Hall is left in clean and undamaged condition.
If you wish to move forward with a reservation, a rental agreement needs to be signed and submitted to the office of the Village Clerk with payment at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Cash or personal checks are accepted. We do not accept credit cards. The rental fees and rental agreement are available below to review.
