Community Hall Reservations

PrintCommunity Hall is located in the Golf Manor Municipal Building at 6450 Wiehe Road. The Hall is primarily used for conducting Village business, however residents may rent the hall for a discounted fee on selected dates when available. Capacity of the Hall is 150 persons.

In summary, the fee for the Hall is $50.00 per hour with a minimum 2-hour reservation. Each additional hour is an additional $50.00.

The rental fee must be paid in advance to reserve a date. In addition, a $200 deposit is required and will be returned after your event provided the Hall is left in clean and undamaged condition.

If you wish to move forward with a reservation, a rental agreement needs to be signed and submitted to the office of the Village Clerk with payment at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Cash or personal checks are accepted. We do not accept credit cards. The rental fees and rental agreement are available below to review.
