Living

welcome-signGolf Manor is a place where neighbors know each other and develop a true sense of pride in community. We’re large enough to have our own police and service departments, and belong to the Little Miami Fire & Rescue District. We’re small enough that it’s not unusual to know the employees who serve the Village by name…police officers, firefighters, councilmembers, office and facility workers.

Golf Manor’s Recreation Commission holds events on a regular basis. Residents can participate and get to know each other through these events. The marquee event for the Village is the annual July 4th Parade & Picnic in which all residents are encouraged to participate.

Residents are active in government. They give freely of their time to contribute to a well-connected community at their own pace as they are able to participate.

Our professional full-service police and fire departments have created an environment where streets are safe. When you need assistance, response times are quick whether you need the police, the fire department or emergency medical help.

It’s a great place for families with kids, empty nesters, retirees and singles. Centrally located in Hamilton County about 8 miles north of Downtown Cincinnati, recreation options are plentiful as well as nighttime dining and entertainment venues locally, in the northern suburbs of Hamilton, Butler and Warren Counties and hot spots downtown and in Northern Kentucky.

Close neighbors, peaceful surroundings and an environment for occasional quiet contemplation is a virtue as our location is far enough away from the bustle of the big city to offer a respite from a busy work day, but close enough to make for a quick commute by car, bicycle or public transit to many different employment centers.

We celebrate our diversity with our neighboring communities of  Amberley Village, Bond Hill, Pleasant Ridge, and Roselawn, as a community that embraces people from all walks of life and background. These are just a few of our favorite things that make Golf Manor a “great Village” and a very livable community.
