Demolition of Building at 6258 Graceland Avenue

GOLF MANOR (4/30/2018) – The residential building located at 6258 Graceland Avenue has been condemned by the Village of Golf Manor and the Hamilton County Board of Health. As a result, the building on the property will be torn down and the property returned to a vacant lot.

This work is anticipated to begin the first week of May, 2018, first with disconnection of utilities. The demolition process will last approximately 2 – 3 days. The project will be monitored closely by the contractor and Village administration and precautions will be taken to minimize disruption to the neighborhood.
