2022 Household Hazardous Products (HHP) Drop-Off Event

HAMILTON COUNTY (9/29/2022) – Registration is now open for the household hazardous drop-off event.

The FREE 2022 Household Hazardous Products Drop-off Event will be two days: Friday, October 21 and Saturday, October 22. The event will be held on westside of Hamilton County, rain or shine. The specific location will be provided to those who register.

You must be a Hamilton County, Ohio resident to participate in this event and advanced registration is required. Businesses, non-profits, churches, and schools are not eligible to participate.

Acceptable HHP Items

Pesticides, Herbicides, Fertilizers Solvents, Thinners, Lead Paint, Propane Tanks, Fire Extinguishers, Gasoline, Oil Mix, Brake Fluid, Motor Oil, Stain, Oil-Based Paint,  Kerosene, Fluorescent Bulbs, Antifreeze, Cleaners, Pool Chemicals, Driveway Sealers, Mercury, Tar, Oxygen/Helium tanks, Fluorescent Bulbs, Thermostats, Thermometers, and Batteries

Unacceptable HHP Items

LATEX PAINT, Unmarked Cylinders, Unknown Materials, Radioactive Materials, Roofing Materials, Smoke Detectors, Ammunition, Explosives, Fireworks, Flares, Gun Powder, Controlled Substances, Yard Trimmings,  Appliances, Computers and Electronics, Medical Waste, Prescription or Over the Counter Drugs, Tires, and Garbage
