Statewide 10pm – 5am Curfew Extended Through January 2, 2021
ALERT HAMILTON COUNTY (12/11/2020) – On 12/11/2021, Governor DeWine announced that the Ohio Department of Health would extend the Statewide 10pm – 5am curfew through January 2, 2021. Residents should stay at home when possible and take precautions when out such as wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing. This order does NOT apply to:
- Religious observances and First Amendment protected speech
- Health and Safety Activities (seeking emergency services, obtaining medial supplies, caring for family members, etc.)
- Obtaining Necessary Supplies and Services (groceries, food, sanitation, products necessary to maintain essential operations of the household)
- Obtaining Social Services
- Engaging in employment/ volunteer work
- Taking care of others (including pets)
