Police Chief Ryland Reed A Cincinnati native, Chief Reed joined the Golf Manor Police Department in 2017, rose through the ranks being promoted to Sergeant in 2018, and Captain in 2023, before being promoted to Chief in 2026. “I strive to provide a safe and prosperous environment for our residents and to build a department with highly trained, professional, community-oriented, and driven staff members who always put the community first. We will continue to increase transparency and communication with those we serve, as we strive to reach the community on a personal level and solve problems with long-term rather than short-term solutions.” |

Officer Timothy Baird Officer Timothy Baird is a Harrison High School graduate. Upon graduating high school he enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he served as a member of the Security Forces. He served for 6 years, and deployed twice into combat zones. He was honorably discharged in 2013, then returned back to Cincinnati to continue his career in law enforcement. Upon graduation from the Butler Tech police academy, he served the City of Mt Healthy for 7 years as a patrolman, and most recently with Ross Township. Officer Baird completed multiple advanced trainings that make him an asset to the Village of Golf Manor. |
