Dear Golf Manor Property Owner:

This letter serves as notice that a Planning Commission/Board of Zoning Appeals hearing will be held on

Monday, October 6, 2025 at 7:00 PM  in-person at the Village of Golf Manor Municipal Building located at 6450 Wiehe Road in Golf Manor. This meeting will be open to the public and you may attend if you wish.

The matter to be considered:

The property owner at 2507 St. Albans Avenue is seeking a variance of the zoning code to allow for construction of an addition, with a setback of 8 ft. to the property line, rather than 40 ft. as stated in the code.

You are being notified of this meeting due to your proximity to the property. You are welcome to address the Commission, however you will need to register to speak prior to the start of the meeting by emailing your request to info@golfmanoroh.gov.
