Golf Manor Mayor’s Court Cases Continued For Minimum 30-Days

GOLF MANOR (3/16/2020) – In response to the recent outbreak of the coronavirus disease, President Donald Trump and Ohio Governor Mike Dewine have declared an emergency limiting indoor gatherings. As a result, the Hamilton County Courts have authorized all Magistrates within the County to continue all Civil and Criminal matters for a minimum of 30-days.

This action has now resulted in all Golf Manor Mayor’s Court pending cases, including any arraignments and trials, be continued to May 4, 2020 or another date determined by the Court.
