Golf Manor Declares Snow Emergency Effective Sunday, January 5 at 10 AM

GOLF MANOR (1/4/2025) –The National Weather Service has declared a Winter Storm Warning effective at 10 AM Sunday, January 5 through Midnight Monday, January 6.

The Village Maintenance department is prepared to plow and keep streets clear during the snow event. As a result, the Village is requesting that all vehicles be removed from the primary Snow Emergency routes prior to Sunday morning at 10 AM. This includes Losantiville Avenue and Wiehe Road. We are also requesting residents move as many vehicles off the residential streets as possible to avoid being “plowed in” should we have a large snow event.

Keep in mind that plows will always plow the snow from the center of the road to the right curb with the goal of making streets accessible to emergency vehicles and motorists. Where there is a minimal right-of-way, such as Losantiville Avenue east, sidewalks that have been shoveled may be impacted with cleared street snow until plowing has been completed.

Keep up-to-date by following any notices on the Golf Manor website at www.golfmanoroh.gov and visiting the Road Tracker link on the home page for any road closures or notices.

The Village will observe any Snow Emergencies declared by Hamilton County. More information on this is available here: https://www.golfmanoroh.gov/services/snow-removal/
