Community Action Agency Announces CARES $4 MIL Program For Rent, Mortgage & Utility Assistance

HAMILTON COUNTY, OH (11/16/2020) – The Hamilton County Department of Job and Family Services announced today available County CARES funding for mortgage, rent, and utility assistance of up to $5,000 for families earning 266% of poverty level or 80% of Area Median Income. Residents interested to apply need to send an email to epa@cincy-caa.org.  They should include their name and phone number as well as a note indicating the need for mortgage help.  Applications are being processed in the order received.  It is expected the volume of applicants will result in about 15 days to be contacted. They can also complete their application on line at www.cincy-caa.org. There is no phone option.
