GM Candidates & Issues on Ballot for Nov. 5, 2019 General Election

GOLF MANOR (10/7/2019) – This coming General Election Day on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, will see one tax levy renewal issue effecting Golf Manor operations on the ballot for voter consideration, along with electing a mayor, two council members for 4-year terms, and one council member for a 2-year term.

Issue 4 is a renewal of a current tax for the benefit of the Village of Golf Manor for the purpose of current operating expenses at a rate not exceeding seven (7) mills for each one dollar
of valuation, which amounts to seventy cents ($0.70) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2019, first due in calendar year 2020. Approval of this tax will not increase current property taxes.

The proposed text for  both Issue 4 and candidates for consideration are on the ballot listed on the Hamilton County Board of Elections website for both Golf Manor Precinct A and Precinct B.

Golf Manor Precinct A & B polls are located at the Municipal Building located at 6450 Wiehe Rd., open from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm for voting on Tuesday, November 5.
