GOLF MANOR (9/16/2018) – The Golf Manor Village Council has placed the renewal of a current operating expenses tax levy on the November 6, 2108 general election ballot.

The renewal of this tax generates funding of current operating expenses (COE) at a rate not exceeding two (2) MILS for each one dollar of property valuation, which amounts to twenty cents ($0.20) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2018, first due in calendar year 2019.

Should the electorate pass this renewal, there will be no increase in current proprty taxes paid by each property owner.
