4th Annual Juneteenth Celebration on Friday, June 13 @ 4 – 9 PM

GOLF MANOR (4/25/2025) –The Village of Golf Manor is hosting its 4th-annual Juneteenth celebration on Friday, June 13th between 4pm and 9pm at Volunteer Park (6450 Wiehe Rd. 45237).

We are looking forward to observing the end of slavery in the United States; celebrating the beauty of Blackness; and recognizing the unique challenges faced by, and promoting the rich cultural heritage of, Black people in America.

We will have food, music, activities, and vendors and WE WELCOME EVERYONE!! We simply want to unite the community; improve overall well-being; and financially empower our local, small businesses.

Vendors include merchants selling apparel, art, handmade jewelry & accessories, as well as spiritual leaders, financial advisors, mental health educators, reproductive health advocates, and more! We want to bring together our local community, promote goods and services provided by our Black neighbors, and make everyone aware of resources available to them and organizations here to serve them.

Given that this is an outdoor event and seating is limited, we encourage you to bring lawn chairs and blankets so that you’re able to stay and enjoy the event comfortably. Additionally, with limited parking, we ask residents (who are willing and able) to walk to Volunteer Park as a courtesy for those who must drive.

Last but not least, we request that you bring the entire family and COME HAVE A FUN TIME!!
