Elbrook project Approved by Council
Golf Manor (Update 9/27/2023) – Curb and driveway apron work continue. Final course of asphalt is currently scheduled for installation the week of October 16.
Golf Manor (Update 8/11/2023) – Curb and driveway apron prep continues toward removal of curb. Concrete work is currently scheduled to start on 9/07 with paving the first or second week in October.
The Village of Golf Manor has contracted with Adleta Construction Company, a professional road construction contractor who specializes in road improvement projects. The contractor will directly notify residents and businesses of any disruptions in traffic or parking as the various phases of the project are carried out. Every effort will be made to ensure you have access to your driveway as the project proceeds.
