RFP response due Friday, January 29, 2025 no later than 4:30 PM EDT.
The Village Administration, with the approval of Village Council, will contract with a third-party designer to complete a comprehensive development plan of Volunteer Park.
The purpose is to provide the necessary information for Applicants (may be individuals or firms) to submit a detailed proposal that satisfies the requirements of the Village of Golf Manor for completioin of this plan.
A design or deign-build firm will be selected after review of the submitted proposals.
