The Village of Golf Manor Zoning Ordinance was enacted to promote the general health, safety, comfort and general welfare of the community; to conserve and protect property and property values; to secure the most appropriate use of land; to facilitate adequate but economical provision of public improvements; and to provide for the administration and enforcement of the zoning ordinances. Provisions are included for penalties for its violation, all in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, or under common law rulings.
