VILLAGE OF GOLF MANOR, OHIO, HAMILTON COUNTY
LEGAL NOTICE
Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Village Administrator, Municipal Building, Village of Golf Manor, Hamilton County, 6450 Wiehe Road, Golf Manor, Ohio 45237, until 10:00 A.M. local time on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, for the Demolition of the Buildings located at the following four sites:
- 2200 Losantiville Road Parcel # 528-0004-0527
- 6512 Wiehe Road Parcel # 528-0004-0391
- 6516 Wiehe Road Parcel # 528-0004-0394, & 6520 Wiehe Road Parcel # 528-0004-0393 (6516 and 6520 are a combined site with connected structures),
and at said time and place, publicly opened and read aloud.
Contract documents, bid sheets, and specifications can be obtained at the Municipal Building, 6450 Wiehe Road, Golf Manor, Ohio 45237, during regular office hours, 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.

A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be required and contractors will be able to view the site on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at any time between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. Each bidder is required to furnish with his proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. It is the intent and requirement of the Owner that this project be completed by December 31, 2023.
The Council of the Village of Golf Manor, Ohio, reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
