Golf Manor Synagogue Blood Drive
GOLF MANOR (7/10/2018) – Our friends at the Golf Manor Synagogue are conducting a blood drive in cooperation with the Hoxworth Blood Center, scheduled for Sunday, July 29, 2018 from 7 am-1 pm with an hour for lunch. The drive will take place in the Social Hall located at 6442 Stover Avenue.
A free pair of tickets to the Reds-Phillies game that same afternoon (July 29, @1 pm start) will be given to all donors. More details can be obtained from Paul Plotsker by calling (513) 531-6654.

The requirements to give blood are:
Age: Be at least 17 years old.
16 year olds may donate with parental consent
Weight: Minimum of 110 pounds.
Identification: Must provide photo I.D.
Food: Eat a good meal within four hours before giving.
Drink: Drink plenty of water or juice before and after donating.

Hoxworth Blood Center, University of Cincinnati was founded in 1938 and proudly serves 30 hospitals in 17 counties in Southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana. Annually, Hoxworth collects over 90,000 units of blood from local donors to help save the lives of patients in our area hospitals. At least 400 products are essential each day to keep up with the demands of tri-state hospitals and their patients.
